It is honestly beautiful, breath taking in fact. But maybe try to have the doll lean forward, like she is stretching.
I remember in ballet, my instructor would have us stand on out tippy toes and stretch like this. Try circling her arms in front of her.
But, overall, the picture is very amazing, absolutely beautiful. I love how you blurred out the back ground. It really focus' on the girl. It looks tilted though, try leveling the picture. It is very stunning. But remember, ballet matched with pink is very cliche. Try using a different color for the outfit.
