Once in a great while, something truly humbling will come along. Something that really does reach inside you, touching a certain emotion. It could be happiness, sadness, anger, the list truly is infinite with its combinations and extensions. This particular work of art demonstrates such innocent nostalgia, that one does not really picture a generic "dance." Something much more specific comes to mind, much more appropriate. When I see this art I imagine a pristine paradise, within which is a small city of doll people, thriving on eternal innocence. It is never corrupted or corroded, it is always clean and pure. In the midst of all this joy and merry, a party is going on, a 1950's sock-hop of dolls moving and bouncing to a fro to light, happy music. Their frivolic frolicking is easily identified via the star of the show; Eva, come to shine her sparkling white light on the crowd, brightening the event in its entirety. This is truly a breathtaking example of original, creative artwork.
