Shine like Ice

This picture has a lot of movement in it. The way you made her lean into that angle and the way her legs are, makes her look like she either tripped. Or that she is about to float away. Plus, the way her dress looks also adds to the look of movement you have going on for you here. Not to mention the slow kind of clear the legs become. One last thing, the way the light shines off of her legs also add to the image's impact. It gives it a sort of rainbowish look to it. If you look really carefully that is.
